Statement Regarding Belfast Telegraph Article

In relation to today’s headline on Page 1 of the Belfast Telegraph, Hillsborough Presbyterian Church wishes to make it absolutely clear that the person named and accused has had no past or present association with our Boys’ Brigade company or church. Unfortunately the headline as it reads has a degree of ambiguity that we wish to address and clarify as soon as it has come to our attention. We hope this reassures members and families who are connected in any way to HPC.
