Rev. John Davey

John has been minister of the congregation since 1986. He is married to Ruth and they have three grown–up children. John has a keen interest in all kinds of sports having played badmintion, squash, football and rugby at various levels. His major sport was cricket which he played for North of Ireland. Golf now provides him with his exercise and relaxation. His other interests include reading

Rev. larmour

Rev. Robert Larmour

Bob served for 35 years as the minister of Magheragall Presbyterian Church on the outskirts of Lisburn.  He joined the congregation in 1988 and has served as Minister of Pastoral Visitation ever since.  He keeps in regular contact with the elderly and housebound and sings in the Church Choir.

 

Diane mcmullan

Diane McMullan

Diane is the Organist & Choir Mistress. She was born in Warrenpoint and started playing the organ in Warrenpoint Parish Church at the age of 16. Diane studied music at the University of Ulster where she was very fortunate to have organ lessons with Desmond Hunter. On leaving University she took up post as Organisat/Choir Mistress in the Parish of Upper Falls. She left this post on her marriage and came to Hillsborough Presbyterian in 1986.

Vicky thompson 

Vicky Thompson

Vicky is the Youth Development Worker. She lives at home with her parents, two sisters and dog George. She loves travelling and seeing new places, so in her spare time she likes doing anything ranging from a country drive to a holiday.

Dawn Burnside

Dawn is the Church Co–ordinator who works in the office and deals with the day to day administration of the Congregation and the Presbytery of Dromore. Dawn has been a member of the congregation since 1984 and has been working in the office since 1992. She is married and has two grown–up children.

Anne warnock

Anne Warnock

Anne has been the Church Caretaker since 2006 and and a member of the church since 1988. She is married with two daughters. Anne’s interests are sewing and knitting. She is also a member of the Church Choir.

Andrew conway 

Andrew Conway

Andrew is from Bangor. He studied law at Queens’ and worked for Ulster Bank for 2 years before entering Union College as a student for the ministry. At the age of 17 he came to faith and joined his local congregation (St Andrew’s), where he was involved in youth work. His passion is for helping people engage with God through Scripture. Sarah and Andrew married in September 2009 (and she hasn’t thrown him out yet!). Andrew’s hobbies include reading novels (especially detective stories) and sport (he captained the Union College football team last year – they only won one match all season!).
